The Penasquitos Crestmont Homeowners Association is a California non-profit mutual benefit corporation. The association was formed at the time the "Crestmont" development planned in 1987.

The developer deemed it desirable for the efficient preservation of the value, desirability and attractiveness of the Crestmont project to create a non-profit corporation to be delegated and assigned the powers and responsibility of maintaining and administering the Common Area, and administering and enforcing the covenants, conditions and restrictions as well as collecting and disbursing funds needed to operate the association.
