You must accept these terms of service, without modification, in order to use this site. It is advised that you check back regularly as these terms may change.

PRIVACY POLICY: Any information you submit to www.crestmont.org will not be shared, sold, loaned or made available in any way to anyone for any purpose. Obviously, if you submit an item to be posted on the Buy & Sell page your contact information will be posted as well. We will, of course, comply with demands for any information we have from law enforcement.

Buy & Sell Service: You may sell items that can legally be sold. You warrant that the items are yours to sell. You may not sell drugs, alcohol, firearms or knives. Buyers; the Crestmont HOA does not have anything to do with items listed on the Buy & Sell page. The Crestmont HOA makes no warranty pertaining to the suitability or serviceability of any item listed. Your transaction is with the seller. Further, you must agree before using this service to hold harmless the Crestmont HOA from any action resulting from items purchased through this service. There is a 200 character limit on ads/business descriptions.

Documents: Any documents such as the Penasquitos Crestmont HOA By-laws; Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R); and the Rules Manual are for informational purposes only. Every effort has been made to ensure that these online documents are correct and exactly the same as the original documents. However, you must check the original documents that you were given before acting.
